Location: Egmore, Chennai
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: Rs.20,000 – Rs.55,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Livebox products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with technical and development teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution documents.
- Manage client relationships and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Assist clients in understanding streaming, OTT, webcasting, and digital media solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Basic understanding of IT, software, web technologies, OTT platforms, or streaming solutions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, IT Solutions, SaaS, OTT, Streaming, or Software Services will be an added advantage.
