Regional Customer Experience Executive – Chennai
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Regional Customer Experience Executive to enhance customer engagement and service excellence across stores in the region. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, stakeholder management, and CRM monitoring skills with experience in retail or customer engagement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional customer experience standards across regional stores.
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, events, birthday/anniversary connects, and in-store initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, event agencies, hotels, and service partners for smooth execution of engagement programs.
- Identify dormant customers, analyze CRM data, and recommend customer re-engagement strategies.
- Organize exclusive customer programs, factory visits, and premium engagement activities.
- Monitor customer segments and execute targeted engagement campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with customer service SOPs and store operational standards.
- Conduct training sessions for store teams on customer service, grooming, and etiquette.
- Perform store audits and monitor customer complaints, CRM reports, and service quality metrics.
- Collaborate with merchandising, VM, brand, and regional teams to improve overall customer experience.
