We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the position of Telecaller.
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls professionally
- Communicate with customers in fluent English
- Provide information about services/products
- Maintain basic records and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries politely
