Sales and Lead Generation Executive

Years of experience:

- Freshers are welcome

- Sales and cold calling experience

-Lead generation experience

Candidate Current/Past Industry:

- Recruitment or HR (preferred but not required)

Candidate pre-requisites:

- Bachelor’s degree mandatory

- Fluent English & communication skills

- Past work experience in client cold calling and lead generation (preferred)

- Personal laptop and stable internet connection

- MS Office and data entry experience

- Presentable and professional

- Has excellent communication skills

- Confident in client-facing roles

- Comfortable working US hours

- Has hands-on knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentations

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with an in-depth understanding of the business and the product

- Reach out to potential customers and businesses looking for recruitment

needs

- Secure meetings with the potential clients

- Sell candidates and recruitment products on call

- Create a pipeline of work and work on lead generation

- Cold calling to clients

- Data entry and analysis
