*Job Title: Senior Site Engineer*

*Location: Bangalore

*Experience: 5- 8 years*

*Company: ChargeInfra (Construction Company)*

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead site operations, manage projects, and ensure quality and timelines for ChargeInfra.

*Responsibilities:*

- Oversee site activities, ensure quality, and progress and execute as per drawings and instructions from superiors

- Prepare and submit DPR (Daily Progress Report) and DMR (Daily Material Report)

- Guide procurement of materials and manpower as needed

- Coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders

- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
-Regular updates on whatsapp group on work execution

*Requirements:*

- 6-10 years of experience in construction site engineering

- Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control

- Experience with DPR, DMR, and site reporting

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada

- Leadership skills to manage site teams

*Preferred:*

- Experience in infra/construction companies like ChargeInfra

- Knowledge of local regulations

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
