Full job description
Location: Bhopal
Experience Required: 2–4 Months
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BDE Trainee to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of business development, client communication, and lead generation with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Maintain and update lead databases
- Assist in client follow-ups and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
- Support sales and business development activities
- Prepare reports and maintain records of interactions
Requirements
- 2–4 months of experience in Business Development/Sales/Lead Generation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
