About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio, with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyze website, marketing, and business performance data to identify trends and

opportunities.

● Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.

● Track, monitor, and analyze user behavior and conversion metrics using GA4.

● Develop automated reporting solutions for stakeholders across departments.

● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

● Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to provide actionable insights.

● Monitor KPIs and present findings through clear visualizations and reports.

● Assist in tracking implementation, event setup, and data validation.

● Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.

Mandatory Skills

● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

● Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

● Expertise in Looker Studio dashboard creation and reporting.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Data

Analysis).

● Strong understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing

attribution.

● Ability to interpret complex datasets and present meaningful insights.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

● Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and campaign performance analysis.

● Experience with eCommerce analytics is an added advantage.

Qualification

● Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business

Analytics, or a related field.
