Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, analyzing, and supervising structural works for residential, commercial, and interior projects while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Analyze structural stability and load calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and project teams.
• Review construction materials and structural specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when required.
• Ensure projects comply with safety standards and building codes.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, reports, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress and resolve structural-related issues.
• Support project execution and timely completion.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of RCC and steel structural design.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or similar software.
• Understanding of construction methods and site execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.

Preferred:

• Site experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IS Codes and Indian building regulations.

Salary: As per company standards.

Reporting To: Senior Structural Engineer.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
