Main Job Roles Calling customers regarding pending EMI or loan payments Visiting customers directly for collection follow-ups Explaining repayment options and due amounts Maintaining customer payment records and collection reports Convincing customers to repay on time and reducing overdue accounts Coordinating with branch staff regarding recovery status Finding new repayment commitments from customers
