Quality manager Leather

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for leather jacket production
• Monitor quality at all stages: raw materials, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing
• Ensure leather quality (texture, thickness, color consistency) meets standards
• Lead and manage QC/QA team and inspectors
• Conduct in-line and final inspections
• Identify defects and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Work closely with production teams to reduce rework and rejection rates
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards
• Handle customer complaints and implement root cause analysis
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices
