Position: Valet Driver
Department: Front Office / Transport
Job Summary:
The Valet Driver is responsible for safely parking, retrieving, and handling guest vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent driving skills, and a courteous attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests politely and assist them with vehicle parking and retrieval.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with guests.
- Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and without damage.
- Maintain valet parking area cleanliness and ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Issue valet tickets and maintain proper log entries.
- Assist guests with luggage as needed.
- Follow all safety, traffic, and driving rules within hotel premises.
- Immediately report any vehicle damage, incidents, or concerns to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Security and Front Office teams for smooth operations.
- Perform vehicle checks (lights, windows, visible scratches) while receiving and returning cars.
- Ensure availability of trolleys and maintain order in the porch area.
