Job Title: Tellecaller
Department: Sales
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Role Summary
Responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating enquiries, and supporting
the sales team by building initial client connections.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to generate leads and enquiries
● Follow up with existing and potential clients
● Introduce company products/services (electrical panels, IoT solutions)
● Maintain call records and update lead database
● Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team
● Handle basic client queries and route technical queries to the sales team
● Coordinate with sales team for lead status and updates
Skills Required
● Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Marathi preferred)
● Confidence in cold calling and follow-ups
● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling records)
Pay: ₹8,502.30 - ₹24,757.75 per month
