We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals for the role of Area Manager (AM) to strengthen our dealer network and drive vehicle loan disbursements across key markets.
Open Locations:
Jaipur | Bangalore | Coimbatore | Delhi | Mangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer & channel management
- Loan lifecycle and disbursement handling
- Portfolio and compliance management
- Stakeholder coordination & dealer training
- People development and team motivation
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and networking skills
Understanding of CIBIL, LTV & IRR
Experience in Auto Finance / Vehicle Loans
CRM & MS Excel proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience in Bank/NBFC, DSA, or Dealer Finance roles.
