ERP Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a proactive and customer-focused ERP Implementation Executive with experience in ERP implementations, preferably ERPNext. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales implementation projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring successful deployment of ERP solutions, and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Implementation & Delivery

• Lead ERP implementation projects from project initiation through successful go-live and post-implementation support.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure ERP solutions align with business processes and objectives.
• Develop project plans, implementation schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with technical and development teams to configure and customize ERP solutions based on client requirements.

Client Training & Support

• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful system adoption.
• Support clients during implementation, testing, and go-live activities.
• Address client queries and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and share project status reports, implementation updates, and progress reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Collect client feedback and recommend improvements to implementation methodologies and processes.
• Contribute to enhancing implementation standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably with ERPNext.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and implementation methodologies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong focus on client success.
• Experience in client training, user support, and post-implementation activities is preferred.
