Full job description
LDT Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated IT Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential clients, and drive business growth for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation and cold calling.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
