WE’RE HIRING — Business Development Manager (International IT Projects & Partnerships)

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Onsite)
Working with UK/US Timezone Clients
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹95,000/month
Experience Required: 7–8 Years in International IT Business Development

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in international IT business development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with global clients for Mobile Applications, Website Development, Custom Software Solutions, and strategic business partnerships.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling international clients for:
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Website Development
  • Custom Software Solutions
  • IT Services & Digital Products
  • Strong expertise in:
  • International client acquisition
  • Client onboarding & relationship management
  • Lead generation through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and other lead generation tools
  • Proposal creation, requirement understanding & project discussions
  • End-to-end project coordination from initial communication to project closure
  • Must have hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Cold outreach & email campaigns
  • Professional client communication
  • CRM and pipeline management
  • Candidate should already have a strong professional network and active LinkedIn connections within the international business ecosystem.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory, as this role involves direct interaction with global clients on a daily basis.

Candidates without prior experience in international IT service-based companies will not be considered.
