Position: Celonis Process Mining Developer
Experience: 4–8 Years
Employment Type: Freelancer / Contractor
Work Mode: Remote
Shift Timing: 12 PM – 8 PM IST

Role Objective:
The selected candidate will support both Run & Maintain activities and Core Product Development initiatives for enterprise-level process mining solutions across:

OTC (Order to Cash)
PTP (Procure to Pay)
Supply Chain & Logistics
Compliance & MICS KPIs
SAP ECC & S/4 HANA landscapes

Key Responsibilities:

Run & Maintain Support:
Monitor and ensure smooth execution of data refresh jobs and transformation pipelines
Troubleshoot dashboard issues, data model inconsistencies, and job failures
Perform root cause analysis for technical incidents
Implement approved change requests on existing dashboards and models
Provide technical support to internal Celonis teams
Core Product Development:
Build and enhance data connections, transformations, and front-end dashboards
Develop SQL & PQL logic for KPIs, metrics, and process flows
Design scalable and reusable data models
Work on global process mining initiatives related to Logistics, OTC, PTP, and Supply Chain
Support case-centric and OCPM-based process mining approaches
