Project Manager cum QA Tester

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager cum QA Tester to oversee project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure the quality of deliverables through effective testing and audits.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, project coordination, and quality assurance skills, with the ability to manage timelines while maintaining high standards across digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Communication

• Manage and coordinate projects while serving as the primary point of contact for client communication and project updates
• Handle client & agency communication professionally and efficiently
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Allocate and track tasks and resources effectively
• Conduct regular follow-ups and status updates with stakeholders
• Ensure smooth collaboration across design, development, SEO, and marketing teams

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Perform functional testing for websites and digital platforms
• Conduct SEO and performance audits to ensure optimization standards
• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues until resolution
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing before deployment
• Ensure overall product quality, usability, and performance consistency

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and testing records
• Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, and progress trackers
• Monitor project risks, blockers, and escalation points

Required Skills

• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Experience in QA testing and bug tracking processes
• Knowledge of website testing, SEO basics, and performance auditing
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field
• Experience working with web development or digital marketing teams is an added advantage
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
