Full job description

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for clients across the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary rates, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future openings.
Stay updated on US hiring trends, immigration policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen), and market rates.
Collaborate with the sales/account management team to understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates quickly.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (corporate or agency).
Strong understanding of US work authorizations and visa classifications.
Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, etc.
Proficiency with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
