What you'll work on:

• Editing short-form ad content (Reels, YouTube, Meta) using AI-assisted workflows
• Generating B-roll, transitions, and visual elements using tools like Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, or similar
• Working with the team on UGC-style content, scripting, shooting prompts, and post
• Building prompt libraries and reusable workflows for recurring edit needs
• Helping document what's working so the team can actually repeat it

What we're looking for:

• You've already made something with AI video tools. (Show us, don't tell us.)
• You know Premiere Pro and After Effects at a working level
• Basic motion graphics, text animations, transitions, lower thirds, you don't need to be a motion designer, but you can't be starting from zero
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, RunwayML, Pika, HeyGen, or similar, knowing what they're for and when to use which
• You understand what makes an ad perform, hook, retention, CTA, not just what looks good
• You're the kind of person who tests things without being asked
• You can take direction and move fast
