We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth for our IT SaaS and AI products in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SaaS/AI product sales, team handling, product demonstrations, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for SaaS and AI products
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and solution presentations
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior BDE team members
  • Build strong sales pipelines through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound outreach
  • Maintain strong client relationships for renewals, upselling, and long-term business
  • Achieve individual as well as team revenue targets
  • Develop and follow sales SOPs and best practices
  • Maintain CRM data including leads, demos, follow-ups, and closures
  • Coordinate with product and technical teams for successful onboarding
  • Monitor sales performance and improve conversion ratios
  • Handle key accounts and strategic clients

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS Product Sales / Software Sales / IT Product / AI Product Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving SaaS/AI product sales targets
  • Experience in team handling or mentoring sales executives
  • Strong experience in product demos and consultative selling
  • Experience in B2B sales (International sales preferred)
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Understanding of SaaS sales cycle and subscription models
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience working with sales processes and SOPs

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (Verbal & Written)
  • Strong SaaS and AI product sales experience
  • Team handling experience
  • Proven sales achievement record
  • Strong client relationship management
