About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Insights Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, or market research and be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through research and outreach.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Conduct product demos, sales presentations, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Collaborate with leadership teams to develop growth strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM systems.
Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Market Research.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
Ability to analyze data and convert insights into business opportunities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
