Job Title: Banking Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to promote SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) products to individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential individual and corporate clients.
• Explain SIP investment plans and their benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads for investment opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for financial advisors.
• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Basic knowledge of SIPs, Mutual Funds, or financial products is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
