Job Role

• Handle international customer chat queries professionally
• Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support
• Upsell products/services whenever applicable
• Resolve customer concerns with excellent communication skills
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
• Minimum 6 months experience mandatory in:
• Tech Support
• Troubleshooting Chat Process
• International Customer Service
• Excellent written communication skills required
• Communication Level: B2 / C1

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹31,000 per month + Incentives
• In-Hand: ₹26,615 (With PLI)
• PLI: 10%
• Both-side cabs

SHL Assessment Overview

• Total Duration: 65 Minutes
• Link Validity: 72 Hours

Assessment includes:

• Email Writing – Draft professional email responses
• Multi-Chat Handling – Manage two live chat conversations simultaneously
• Analytical Reasoning – Logical & analytical problem-solving questions
• Reading Comprehension – Passage-based understanding test
• Typing Test – Minimum 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
