Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Assistant to support our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Accurately enter and maintain financial data
• Verify invoices and perform basic validation
• Support account reconciliation and identify discrepancies
• Conduct data validation and quality checks
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Generate basic reports as required
• Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications
• Follow company financial policies and procedures

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic level)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
