Position Overview
Building Outdoor Space is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by engaging with leading architects and interior designers across India. This is a sales role focused on lead generation, relationship building, product presentations, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will combine knowledge of modular construction systems with proven sales experience in the architecture and design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, connect with, and build long-term relationships with prominent architects,
· interior designers, and design firms across India
· Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations of modular
· construction systems, including flat-pack homes and prefabricated solutions, glass
· house
· Provide detailed technical explanations of factory-built framing systems, assembly
· processes, and passive home solutions to design professionals
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow
· market share in the architecture and interior design segment
· Drive specifications and influence project requirements to position our prefabricated
· homes, glass house as the preferred solution
· Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
· Attend trade shows, design conferences, and industry events to expand network and
· generate qualified leads
· Maintain accurate sales pipeline, track specifications, and manage client relationships
· through CRM systems
· Hand over confirmed orders to internal project execution and operations teams with
· complete documentation
· Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable building practices, and modular
· construction innovations
Required Qualifications
Experience:
· Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience working directly with architects,
· interior designers, or the construction industry
· Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with design
· professionals and closing high-value deals
· Experience in technical or consultative sales within building materials, construction
· technology, or modular systems
Technical Knowledge:
· Knowledge of construction techniques, modular and prefabricated systems.
· Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation
· Familiarity with glass houses, passive home design, thermal performance, and
· sustainable building practices
Skills:
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex
· technical systems clearly to design professionals
· Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities with a track record of meeting or
· exceeding sales targets
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven approach
· Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities within the architecture
· and design community
· Willingness to travel extensively across India
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
