Role Description

- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across stores, ensuring SOP adherence, efficiency, and strong performance on key metrics (sales, conversion, inventory, CSAT)
- OEM Relationship Management: Manage OEM partnerships, ensuring compliance, smooth coordination, and alignment on targets and performance initiatives
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and drive performance of store teams while building a culture of accountability and ownership
- Business Growth: Drive sales, profitability, local marketing initiatives, and effective inventory management across the cluster
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze performance data and share actionable insights and regular updates with leadership
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in retail, operations, or leadership roles
- FMCG background preferred (but not mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
- High ownership, execution focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
