Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide students in selecting suitable IT courses based on their interests, aptitude, and career goals
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities
• Assess student aptitude and recommend appropriate training programs
• Address student queries related to academics and career guidance
• Collaborate with trainers and faculty to stay updated on curriculum and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups
• Support admission and enrollment processes for prospective students
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market requirements
• Utilize CRM tools to manage student data and track interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA preferred – Sales/Marketing/IT Management)
• Degree in Education, Psychology, IT, or related field is a plus Prior experience in academic counseling or student support preferred
• Basic understanding of IT courses and career pathways
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
• Strong team collaboration and coordination skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and student needs
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
