We’re hiring a fast-learning WordPress Developer to help manage and scale multiple websites across a global portfolio of online businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems quickly, learning new technology, and working in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

You do NOT need 10 years of experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and maintaining multiple WordPress websites
• Updating themes, plugins, and WordPress core safely
• Handling hosting environments and website migrations
• Troubleshooting technical website issues
• Managing DNS, SSL, backups, staging sites, and Cloudflare setups
• Improving website speed and performance
• Supporting SEO and landing page deployment
• Assisting with automation and AI-integrated workflows
• Collaborating with marketing, operations, and growth teams

Experience We’re Looking For

You should have experience with some combination of:

• WordPress administration
• cPanel / WHM
• VPS or cloud hosting
• Website migrations
• DNS management
• Cloudflare
• SSL certificates
• Elementor / Gutenberg / GeneratePress
• Website speed optimization
• Git/GitHub basics
• Technical troubleshooting

Big Bonus Points If You’ve Used

• MCP-related tools/workflows
• Agentic AI systems
• OpenAI integrations
• Cursor
• Claude
• ChatGPT workflows
• n8n
• Zapier
• Make.com
• AI-assisted development workflows

What This Role Is Actually Like

This is NOT a slow corporate environment.

You’ll often work across:

• Multiple brands
• Multiple websites
• Different industries
• Fast launch cycles
• Real-time problem solving

Some weeks you may help launch landing pages.Other weeks you may troubleshoot hosting issues, optimize site performance, or experiment with AI-driven automation systems.

If you enjoy learning fast and being exposed to a wide range of real-world business operations, you’ll probably enjoy this role.

If you prefer repetitive work with rigid structure and constant supervision, this likely won’t be the right fit.
