Educational Qualification

• Ph.D. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology or related field
• Candidates with strong laboratory application knowledge in Quality Control (QC) and Production departments will be preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Application Manager to support and manage laboratory applications, client demonstrations, technical training, and coordination with Quality Control and Production departments. The candidate should possess strong scientific knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across India.

The ideal candidate must be ready to travel Pan India.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for laboratory products, instruments, and solutions
• Coordinate with QC and Production departments for process implementation and troubleshooting
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, validations, and user training programs
• Support customers with application-related queries and technical guidance
• Assist in method development, SOP preparation, documentation, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, QA/QC, and Production teams for smooth execution of projects
• Monitor product performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of application activities, reports, and technical data
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and technical presentations when required
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of laboratory applications, QC processes, and production workflow
• Knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology, biotechnology, or diagnostic laboratory techniques
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Team player with leadership and coordination abilities

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceutical, or laboratory industry
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and applications

Best in Industry (Based on Experience & Expertise)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
