Counsellor Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Counselor Interns to join our growing student services team. This internship provides hands-on experience in guiding students through key processes such as visa applications, university admissions, accommodation support, and general student counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with visa, admission, and accommodation processes
• Communicate with students via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and documents
• Coordinate with international institutions and internal teams
• Answer queries and provide personalized support to students
• Participate in training and counseling sessions as required

Requirements:

• Students or recent graduates from any discipline (Education, Business, International Studies preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, email tools, and basic CRM systems
• Passionate about helping students and working in the education industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
