Station Manager

1. Timely Opening & Closing of Premises follow up.

2. Available Manpower check & Creation of alternative options for smooth operations.

3. Follow-up on timely processes done on Operational Ground Level.

4. Reporting to AOM/ROM & HR if any major/minor dispute and also share the plan of action to address the same.

5. Check & follow up taking for KPI Performance till day end.

6. Preplan for next day Operation Working.

4. Behavior should be soft spoken & professional

6. Audit picture, TDR update & Hygiene to be done and maintained with 2 hours of OOR done

7. Station Scrub to be done by 12 Noon daily basis without any failure or follow-up

8. OOR Scrub to be done by 11:45 PM

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
