Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance

Location: Coimbatore
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head

Job Purpose:

To ensure the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of all factory machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machines and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct timely repairs to reduce production interruptions.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repair, and inspection logs.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance without affecting output.
• Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

Skills and Qualification:

• Diploma , ITI or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 0–3 years of experience in a factory/plant maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Freshers are also welcome.

Salary : May Varies Based on the Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
