About the Role
Visionary Hire is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and professional individuals to join our growing support team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle inbound and outbound voice calls related to Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Prior Voice Process/BPO experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
