Job Title: Sales Executive – Industrial / Engineering Sales

Job Description:
Naikee Engineering is looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to expand business opportunities and strengthen client relationships in the engineering sector. Candidates with technical sales interest and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and identify prospective clients
- Meet customers to understand requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures
- Build relationships with industries, contractors, consultants, and OEM customers
- Conduct client visits and site meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering or any relevant field
- 0–3 years experience in sales or industrial sales (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email communication)
- Two-wheeler preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of engineering products, fabrication, industrial equipment, or project sales
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented approach
