Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing daily accounting operations and a basic understanding of financial processes. This role is perfect for candidates looking to grow their career in accounting and finance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices
- Assist in GST filing, returns, and compliance
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain ledgers and support in month-end and year-end closing
- Handle billing processes and petty cash management
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and reporting
Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Education:
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or any related field
Preferred:
- Candidates available for immediate joining
- Prior experience in accounting or finance-related roles
