MANAGER

Manager – Baimudan

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Manager who can lead daily operations while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and team coordination. The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and aligned with the vision and culture of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day café/restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain excellent guest relations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle crisis situations calmly and make quick operational decisions
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards
• Monitor team performance, discipline, and workflow coordination
• Oversee billing, POS systems, and basic operational accounts understanding
• Identify problems proactively and implement practical solutions
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational consistency
• Work closely with management to understand and execute the company’s vision and goals
• Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and leadership

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Humble, guest-focused, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and manage operations independently
• Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or retail operations preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounts management
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
