Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Company Overview : Maxima Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing system integration company in the industrial automation sector, specializing in delivering innovative and customized solutions for process and factory automation. We are expanding our operations and seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our financial operations and help drive compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily accounts and general ledger
• Handle invoicing, billing, and follow-up with clients and vendors
• Process and record supplier bills, purchase entries, and payments
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and prepare MIS reports
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and payments
• Support auditing processes and coordinate with external auditors
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Liaise with internal departments to streamline financial documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company)
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Traits

• Experience in project-based accounting or job costing
• Ability to handle multiple locations/accounts independently
• Enthusiasm to contribute to a growing organization and take ownership

CompensationAs per industry standards and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
