Job Overview

Debox Technology is looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Sales / Business Development Manager who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The candidate should have experience selling IT services such as Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and Cloud Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Promote IT services including Website Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software Solutions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose the best solution.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects regularly.
Participate in online meetings, product demonstrations, and client presentations.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of IT services and digital solutions
Experience with B2B sales
Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling
