Job Overview
Apro Store is a fast-growing E-commerce company. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to actively drive and scale our online sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new customers/B2B buyers, managing client relationships, and directly executing sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Actively drive product sales and overall revenue growth for our e-commerce brand.
- Identify, pitch to, and onboard potential bulk buyers, corporate clients, or retail partners.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas assigned by management.
- Follow up diligently on sales leads generated through online campaigns and inquiries.
2. Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing buyers and partners to encourage repeat business.
- Address client queries, order adjustments, and complaints professionally with swift solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating a smooth buying experience from pitch to delivery.
3. Market Research & Data Analytics
- Monitor daily e-commerce market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging industry demands.
- Utilize basic MS Excel to maintain records of daily sales pipelines, customer leads, and conversions.
- Generate simple sales performance reports with actionable feedback for the management team.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the inventory, logistics, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth product availability and timely dispatch.
- Collaborate on building promotional discounts, bundles, and campaigns to boost online sales conversions.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, corporate sales, inside sales, or tele-sales (Passionate freshers with great communication are also welcome).
- Technical Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, sales closing, and active listening skills.
- Software Skills: Basic computer proficiency, comfortable using MS Excel (data entry/tracking), and internet navigation.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, confident presentation style, high resilience, and target-driven mindset.
- Work Style: Must be fully available to work In-Person at our local workplace.
