• Job Title – Area Operation Manager

• Purpose of the role- To run the business adhere to the Amazon guidelines
• Reporting to- Regional Operation Manager

Description of responsibility: -

1. Complete responsibility of inbound and Outbound of operation

2. Daily call 9 AM with SM with regards to scorecard as per amazon target

3. Responsible for Quality performance and customer experience of their territory

4. Daily tracking of SM performance

5. Follow up of Timely opening and closing of Station

6. Available Manpower check and creation of Alternative options for smooth operation

7. carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedure

8. strategic Planning and forecasting, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, resolves problems, and reporting of staffing needs.

9. Monthly Visit of site and proper reporting to management and if any query to resolve same

10. To cross verify cash submission with CD slip and SCC remittance and if any discrepancy to highlight the same and get it close on priority

11. Checking Ageing packages, RTS pendency packages and get it cleared with respective stations on Daily basis

12. Working on ROI as per the management requirement

13. Checking and resolving query raised on IDFY portal

14. Co-ordination with Amazon CTL and CRM and resolving the Query raised from their end

15. Driving station metric

17.Behavior should be soft spoken & professional

18. Office Decorum to be maintained

19.Audit picture, TDR update & Hygiene to be done and maintained for all the stations

20.Reco to be done by 12 Noon daily basis without any failure or follow-up

23.Reply over calls & mails within asked Timeline by CTL, CRM of Amazon , ROM ,NOM, Directors, HR Team, A/C Team & SLP Team of both Amazon & Flipkart and Awadh

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
