Key Responsibilities:
* Make high-volume outbound calls daily to reach potential students.
* Provide program details and guide students in choosing the right course.
* Follow up with leads to ensure enrolment conversions.
* Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in the CRM system.
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
* Excellent communication and counselling skills.
* Prior experience in EdTech, telecalling, or student counselling preferred.
* Goal-oriented, dedicated, and motivated to meet targets.
* Candidates from Chennai are preferred.
