Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at Hawaii Store LLP located in Coimbatore. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, communicating with customers, and retail loss prevention. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for store management.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
• Experience in store management
• Experience in retail loss prevention
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Salary

• The salary will be fixed to Rs.25,000/- per month during probation period of 6 months and can be considered according to the performance.
• Accommodation can be provided.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
