Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Phoenix Optimizer is a performance-driven lead generation and digital marketing agency helping businesses generate high-quality leads, appointments, and revenue growth through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, Funnels, Creative Strategy, and Performance Marketing.

We primarily work with service-based businesses, Domestic clients clinics, education, beauty, finance, and high-ticket businesses to help them scale using paid advertising and conversion-focused systems.

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle leads professionally, nurture prospects, book meetings, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and warm leads generated by the company
• Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and pitch our services professionally
• Book meetings and follow up with prospects consistently
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Maintain proper client communication and sales tracking

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in calls and client meetings
• Sales mindset with good follow-up ability
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Freshers with good communication can also apply
