About the Role
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial management for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and experience managing finance functions in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, audit, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Develop financial controls, policies, and SOPs
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Handle MIS reporting and management dashboards
- Support business expansion, costing, and profitability analysis
Required Qualifications
- CA / CS/ CMA/ B.com / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 10–12 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance
- Proficiency in BUSY systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
