Full job description

Job Title: Pre-sales Executive

Location: Mumbai Andheri west
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be primarily responsible for calling a specific number of qualified leads per month for the buying and selling of homes.
  • Communicate with owners of houses that are being evaluated.
  • Virtually showcase apartments to prospective buyers and support the Sales team in closing transactions.
  • Execute data gathering activities and log information promptly on CRM.
  • Generate dashboards and reports from CRM to share with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential sellers and buyers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of and coordinate with the Operations team for Home Inspections.
  • Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Support the Sales and Business Development team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Real Estate, Inside Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers over calls and virtual meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Compensation & Benefits
