Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain store presentation, manage inventory, and support daily store operations to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the billing system.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new products to customers.
• Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and billing/POS system knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
