Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Calling & Follow-ups
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to provide information about services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing discussions.
  • Lead & Client Data Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Update lead status and ensure proper documentation of conversations and feedback.
  • Appointment & Meeting Coordination
  • Schedule meetings or service discussions between clients and the sales/operations team.
  • Ensure timely communication and reminders to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication.
  • Address basic client queries and escalate complex concerns to the relevant department.
  • Sales & Operations Support
  • Assist internal teams with client follow-ups and documentation.
  • Support in tracking proposals, quotations, and service discussions.
  • Reporting
  • Maintain daily call logs and follow-up trackers.
  • Provide regular updates on lead progress and client responses to the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
