Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Client Calling & Follow-ups
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to provide information about services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing discussions.
- Lead & Client Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Update lead status and ensure proper documentation of conversations and feedback.
- Appointment & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings or service discussions between clients and the sales/operations team.
- Ensure timely communication and reminders to clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication.
- Address basic client queries and escalate complex concerns to the relevant department.
- Sales & Operations Support
- Assist internal teams with client follow-ups and documentation.
- Support in tracking proposals, quotations, and service discussions.
- Reporting
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-up trackers.
- Provide regular updates on lead progress and client responses to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
