Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations, inventory handling, inward & outward materials, and team coordination. The candidate should ensure proper stock maintenance, accurate records, and smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store and warehouse activities
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock reports
• Ensure accurate material receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Conduct regular stock checking and inventory audits
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area
• Handle batch number, expiry date, and packing date records if applicable
• Manage store staff, helpers, and loaders
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO stock management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
• Monitor shortages, damages, and stock discrepancies
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored

Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience in store, warehouse, or inventory operations preferred

Experience

• 2+ years experience in Store/Warehouse operations preferred

Preferred Industry

• FMCG / Snacks / Food Manufacturing / Retail / Warehouse

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
