Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to driveB2B sales within the specified region. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in business development and client relationship management, particularlywithin the Builder & Developer Sales sector. You will play a pivotal role in drivingrevenue growth through targeted outreach, market analysis, and strategicpartnerships. Roles & Responsibilities:

● Actively Approach Targeted B2B Clients: Identify and engage potentialbusiness clients, developers, architects,etc, through various channels,including telephone, email, social networks, and industry events.

● Lead Generation: Consistently search for new client leads and develop astrong sales pipeline.

● Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationshipswith existing customers to ensure repeat business and foster long-termpartnerships.

● Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of revenue numbers from Builder &Developer Sales and drive growth through institutional partnerships.

● Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including competitoranalysis, to optimize sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

● Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management todevise and implement effective sales strategies that align with companygoals.

● Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics toensure targets are met or exceeded. PUBLIC

Requirements:

● 4-5 years of proven experience in Project/B2B sales is mandatory.

● Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

● Demonstrated ability to drive sales, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in acompetitive environment.

● Strong understanding of the Builder & Developer Sales sector, institutionalpartnerships, and market dynamics.

● Ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships through excellentinterpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
